Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using LY4Mart (the “Site”) — including creating an account, placing an order, or booking a play session — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services

LY4Mart is a digital marketplace offering game top-ups, in-game currency, vouchers, play sessions, and a loyalty rewards program (LY4 Ascend). Products are fulfilled digitally — we do not ship physical goods.

Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or checking out.

Orders & payments

Pricing & promotions

Prices are shown in the currency for your region and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. Discounts, vouchers, and promo codes are subject to their own stated conditions and may be adjusted or withdrawn at our discretion.

Delivery of digital goods

Most orders are fulfilled automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. Some orders may take longer due to supplier processing or manual review. You'll see your order status on your order page and, where provided, via email or Telegram.

Refunds & cancellations

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and can't be “returned,” all sales are final once a product has been successfully delivered. Refunds are issued only where: (a) an order couldn't be fulfilled due to a system or supplier error, (b) a duplicate charge occurred, or (c) required by applicable law. Contact Support with your order reference to request a refund review.

Information you provide

You're solely responsible for entering the correct Player ID, server, and any other details required to fulfill your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect account due to information you entered, and such orders are not eligible for a refund.

Play sessions & bookings

Play sessions are booked for a specific time window. Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the booked time; late changes or no-shows may not be refunded or re-booked.

Loyalty program (LY4 Ascend)

Purchases may earn XP and tier benefits under the LY4 Ascend program. Ascend is free to join, does not guarantee any cash value, and is governed by the additional terms on the Ascend page; we may adjust tiers, rewards, or eligibility with reasonable notice.

Prohibited use

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or attempting a fraudulent chargeback after receiving your order.
• Reselling, automating, or scraping the Site without our written permission.
• Attempting to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or fraud checks.

We may cancel orders, withhold delivery, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity, and may report suspected fraud to payment providers or law enforcement.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, and branding belong to LY4Mart or its licensors. Game names, logos, and in-game currencies referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective publishers; LY4Mart is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those publishers unless stated otherwise.

No warranty & service availability

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and availability depends on our payment providers, game publishers, and suppliers, which are outside our direct control. You are fully responsible for the security of your own payment accounts and instruments; we are not liable for unauthorized use of them by a third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LY4Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, game publishers, or suppliers outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LY4Mart harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the Site and other users.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with Support so we can try to resolve them directly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page; continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
